We have assignments that place different demands. Some involve an active life with many activities, while others are more about creating calm, structure, and security. In some assignments, low-affective communication and experience with autism are particularly valuable. We don't believe the perfect assistant exists. However, we believe that a strong team consists of people who complement each other.
