Our assistance users have different needs, interests, and personalities, which is why we also seek people with different experiences, qualities, and strengths. Experience in personal assistance, autism, intellectual disabilities, or work within LSS is a merit, but what matters most is that you are reliable, responsible, and willing to learn. We have assignments with us that place different demands. Some involve an active life with many activities, while others are more about creating calm, structure, and security. In some assignments, low-affect communication and experience with autism are particularly valuable. We don't believe the perfect assistant exists. However, we do believe that a strong team consists of people who complement each other.
