In his free time, he enjoys swimming, exercising, playing instruments, bowling, crafting, playing games, listening to music, dancing, and more. He appreciates both fast-paced activities and quieter moments, and thrives best when his daily routine is clear, structured, and predictable. As an assistant, you will be an important support in his everyday life. You will help with planning, structure, motivation, and guidance in various situations. The work also includes support with meals, personal care, activities, and social settings. You need to be able to adapt your support based on his mood and situation while contributing to a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. Who we are looking for We are seeking assistants immediately for the following positions: - Hourly substitutes - 40-50% position Working hours are scheduled for afternoons and evenings and include nights with standby on certain days. During the day, the client attends day services without an assistant. Who are we looking for?
