Albin is 13 years old and lives with his mom, dad, and older brother in Marmaverken. He's a charming, smart, and talkative guy with a great sense of humor and a big heart. He loves spending time with family, going to school, and doing fun activities. No two days are the same! Albin needs help with most aspects of his daily life. As a personal assistant, you become his arms, legs, and voice. You're there to give him the opportunity to live as independently and actively as possible. As an assistant, you'll help with things like: Personal care and hygiene, meals and communication, physical therapy and exercise, school and leisure activities, and creating a safe, fun, and meaningful daily life You'll become an important part of both Albin's and the family's everyday life, where togetherness, humor, and a positive attitude mean a lot. We believe you're someone who's quick to laugh and willing to be yourself, confident, responsible, and reliable. You're also engaged and want to develop in your role. You need to speak and write Swedish fluently and without restrictions. You're also non-smoking. You don't need to have worked as a personal assistant before. We place much greater importance on who you are as a person than what's on your CV. If you have the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest. Working Hours The position is approximately 80%. You'll mainly work 24-hour overnight shifts, both on weekdays and weekends. You'll also accompany Albin to school. This typically comes to 6–8 overnight shifts per month. Since Albin lives in Marmaverken outside Söderhamn, you need to be able to get to and from the workplace. The family has both nut allergies and pet allergies.
