Then this might be the job for you! I'm a happy and active 25-year-old who appreciates a life filled with movement, training, outings, and social activities. To live the life I want, I'm now looking for a personal assistant at 75% who wants to become an important part of my everyday life. The work involves providing me with support in all aspects of daily life. You help me with all basic needs, such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, and communication. You'll also be there to support me during training, leisure activities, and other daily adventures. Therefore, it's important that you feel comfortable working closely with another person and see it as a natural part of the role. I'm looking for someone who: Has a positive outlook and good interpersonal skills. Is reliable, responsible, and responsive. Loves an active life and enjoys participating in training and various activities. Can take initiative while respecting my wishes and needs. Is flexible and works well collaboratively. Is good at setting boundaries. Can communicate Swedish in speech and writing. Experience in personal assistance or care work is a plus, but personal suitability is what matters most. The most important thing is that we get along well and that you want to help me live an active, independent, and meaningful life. With me, you'll have a varied and meaningful job where no two days are the same. Work hours/employment level Fixed schedule, approximately 30 hours/week. One weekend per month. Extra hours as needed when the regular assistant is on sick leave or vacation.
