About the Role
Provide assistance with all aspects of daily living including personal care, household management, cooking, shopping, and more. You will also help plan activities and maintain contact with friends and family. Our client's interests include music, outdoor activities, spending time with friends, hockey, and other sports. The client attends daytime activities independently without assistance during the day.
What We Require
You should be a responsible, engaged, empathetic, and emotionally mature individual who is attentive to the client's needs and wishes. The ability to collaborate with coworkers and family is essential. The role requires you to listen carefully and work according to the client's preferences, while also being able to take initiative when needed. It is advantageous to be in good physical condition so you can keep pace with activities and provide support. Shorter trips may occur during work, and you will accompany the client as their assistant.
A background as a personal assistant or other care-related profession is a merit, but we place greatest emphasis on your personal suitability. Documentation is part of the role, so you must be proficient in Swedish both spoken and written.

Fixed-term employment at 50%
Work shifts consist of 24-hour shifts (20-24h) with on-call/sleeping duties. Split shifts are also available if needed.
We provide an introduction and the opportunity to shadow the role, starting by mutual agreement.
