We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to people who wants to work as a personal assistant in Strömstad. As a personal assistant, your most important task is to start from the individual's needs, abilities, and interests. You work based on approved services and provide support in everyday life with everything from personal care and household chores to enabling an active and meaningful leisure time. The work is adapted to the individual and is characterized by respect, participation, and person-centered support. We are in a development phase and are now creating a new team within personal assistance. Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience in similar work who wants to be part of it from the start and help shape a safe, stable, and well-functioning operation. Here you have the opportunity to influence work methods, collaboration, and daily routines together with committed colleagues. Flexibility and collaboration are important parts of our work. We also cooperate with other operations to ensure high quality and good continuity, which means you need to be open to joint planning and sometimes provide support where needs arise. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has completed nursing training and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant. You have a B driver's license, speak Swedish well in both speech and writing, and have good computer skills, as documentation and information management are a natural part of the work. Experience with the Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) approach is a merit. To thrive in the role, you are empathetic, attentive, and confident in yourself. You have a good ability to adapt your work approach to the individual's needs and take responsibility for creating a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life. You can work independently based on given routines, while at the same time valuing collaboration with colleagues and family members.
