The Social Services Administration is responsible for services, support, and assistance to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS), and the Health and Medical Services Act, and must implement services regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by putting the individual at the center to meet their needs. The mission involves strong customer focus and a service-oriented approach.
Service Provider for LSS and Social Psychiatry with just over 350 permanent employees is a service provider focused on children, youth, and adults. We are governed by, among other things, LSS, SoL, and HSL and have responsibility for implementing services regulated by these laws. The operation is characterized by putting the individual at the center and collaborating to meet the individual's needs. The operation has a strong customer focus, good service orientation, and provides conditions for boundary-crossing work that is both inspiring and competence-developing.

JOB DUTIES
Work with a man providing care, meal preparation, shopping, and cleaning. Enable social contacts and spend time together around shared interests such as film and music.
Collaboration with home care services occurs.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
Degree as a nursing assistant or childcare worker
Experience in care or personal assistance
You are confident in yourself and have the ability to separate the issue from the person, and can feel secure even in uncertain situations.
You take active initiative in social settings, step forward, and have an easy time creating new relationships and maintaining relationships.
Work well with other people. Relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal.
You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
