Hourly substitute sought as personal assistant We are looking for a calm, trustworthy, and responsible man who wants to work as an hourly substitute in personal assistance. You will work with a man in his mid-60s who lives in his own apartment. He is mobile but needs help, support, and guidance with most aspects of his daily life. As a personal assistant, you will be by his side helping him create a safe, functional, and meaningful everyday life. He has his own car which you, as his assistant, will drive as needed, for example in connection with activities and errands. Work hours: Shifts are scheduled between 7:15 AM–10:15 PM. We are looking for you if you: - Are a man, preferably aged 45–60 years - Are calm, trustworthy, attentive, and patient - Have a valid driver's license - Are a non-smoker - Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written – this is a requirement - Are responsible and treat others with respect - Can provide stable support and help with both daily routines and activities Merits: - Experience and knowledge of epilepsy - Knowledge of sign language support (TAKK) For us, personal suitability and good personal chemistry are very important. We are looking for someone with a calm approach who can create safety, structure, and continuity in everyday life.
