The Social Services Department is responsible for initiatives, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are governed primarily by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and we implement initiatives regulated by these laws. All operations are centered on the individual to meet their needs. The assignment involves significant customer focus and service spirit. LSS and Social Psychiatry Provider with over 350 permanent employees is a provider service directed toward children, youth, and adults. We are governed by LSS, SoL, and HSL among others, and have implementation responsibility for initiatives regulated by these laws. Our operations are characterized by placing the individual at the center and collaborating to meet individual needs. The service has strong customer focus, good service spirit, and provides conditions for boundary-crossing work that is both inspiring and competence-developing. 3 position(s). WORK TASKS The position is in a family with younger siblings, which means there is a lot of activity and movement in daily life. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is secure, flexible, and has a big heart for children and family life while maintaining full focus on your role as a personal assistant. As a personal assistant, you will support the boy in his daily life—at home, during activities, and in various everyday situations. The work is very active and includes cycling, swimming, and play. So it is important that you are physically fit and enjoy being active. You will help create structure and security in daily life, participate in activities, and contribute to a positive and meaningful existence. Your assignment is to support and guide the child in his development and daily routines. QUALIFICATIONS Formal competencies: • Upper secondary school education. Merits include training as a nursing assistant or childcare worker and experience working with children, youth, care, or as a personal assistant. • You are a woman between 20-50 years of age (according to the user's preference). • Speak and write Swedish very well • Hold a class B driver's license Personal competencies: • You easily understand others' situations. You listen, understand, and show consideration. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your manner. • You work well with other people. You relate to them in a thoughtful and flexible way. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through a humble focus on the common goal. • You have the resources required for change or problem-solving. You do your best by doing what you can right now. You quickly find solutions to problems that arise. • You have good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and people's different circumstances. You adapt your way of communicating your message to the recipient. • You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your manner. You have interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. • You easily adapt, develop, and learn new things in response to changed requirements, conditions, or circumstances. You see opportunities in change and can also change your perspective and approach. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and personal chemistry, as it is important that you, the boy, and the family as a whole get along together. Employment form: Permanent employment.
