We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for an energetic 30-year-old man who needs to be physically active. The client enjoys long walks and various leisure activities. Since the client has a strong interest in sports, music, and concerts, it is advantageous if you share these interests. To fit the role, we are looking for someone with good health, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset. You should also be hardworking and able to follow established routines and action plans. Having knowledge and understanding of how to document and the importance of documentation is essential. The work takes place in the home, which is why it is especially important to be able to work with both family members and other assistants in a calm and professional manner. You should be calm and creative, with the ability to read the client's different moods. You should have great patience, be attentive, flexible, and able to motivate the client. It is advantageous to have knowledge of low-affective communication. The position involves awake nights at approximately 60%, but there is also a great need for substitute staff in the afternoons/evenings/weekends. It is advantageous if you have relevant education for the assignment, and we will give great consideration to personal suitability.
