Job description:
The position involves requirement for access to classified information at the "Secret" classification level pursuant to Act No. 412/2005 Coll.
Coordinates and methodically directs uniform exercise of state ownership rights in the field of real estate property within the competence of MO to manage across the entire territory of the Czech Republic.
Implements comprehensive management and operation of MO real estate infrastructure across the entire territory of the Czech Republic.
Responsible for processes of comprehensive management, operation and services of MO real estate infrastructure across the entire territory of the Czech Republic.
Responsible for establishing main directions of development and operation of MO real estate infrastructure.
Prepares economic, planning, analytical and evaluation documents in the field of management and operation of MO real estate infrastructure.
Implements control and audit activities in the area of state property management with focus on management and operation of MO real estate infrastructure.
Responsible for overall coordination of planning procedures in the field of real estate infrastructure.
Monitors performance of activities in the field of maintenance, repairs and real estate infrastructure services.
Maintains current overviews of service actions in the field of real estate infrastructure for the relevant calendar year and regularly evaluates them.
Prepares supporting materials for awarding selected public contracts in the field of maintenance, repairs and real estate infrastructure services within the competence of the deputy director - director of the MO real estate infrastructure operations department.
Monitors and evaluates cost-effectiveness of military facilities, prepares and assesses comprehensive property specifications in the field of MO real estate infrastructure.
Responsible for compliance and non-exceeding of NIPEZ (CPV) limits at VZMR in the field of real estate infrastructure services and repairs at MO in accordance with applicable laws, especially in accordance with applicable public procurement law.
