Requirements: minimum high school education, 2 years of HR experience, proficiency with Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), knowledge of labor law, clean criminal record, strong communication skills, independence. Key responsibilities: managing HR records for teaching and non-teaching staff, documenting employment relationships, working hours allocations, salary classifications and changes, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, monitoring and applying labor law regulations and education sector regulations relevant to the position, organizing recruitment processes, maintaining employee qualification records, preparing payroll documentation, reporting, and more. Advantages: experience with Avensio payroll software, knowledge of education sector regulations. Initial employment contract is for a fixed term of one year, with possibility of extension to indefinite term afterwards. After 4 months, possibility of personal performance bonus.
