Your responsibilities will include: - Managing personnel records and employee personal files, - Processing onboarding, employment changes, and terminations, - Recruiting new employees, communicating with candidates, and organizing selection procedures, - Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and other personnel documents, - Processing payroll statements, classifying employees into salary grades, and maintaining work experience records, - Collaborating on employee evaluations, training, and professional development, - Providing general HR and employment law advice to employees and management, - Communicating with government agencies, company doctors, trade unions, and other institutions regarding HR matters. We require: - Minimum secondary education, preferably in HR, economics, public administration, law, or a related field, - Experience in HR or similar administrative/employment law matters, - Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly basic provisions of the Labor Code, - Ability to independently manage personnel documentation and employment records, - Experience with recruitment and selection procedures and candidate communication, - Good PC skills, especially MS Office, and willingness to work with HR information systems, - Attention to detail, independence, organizational skills, and discretion when handling personal data, - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with both employees and managers, - Willingness to keep current with changes in employment and HR regulations and pursue ongoing training.
