You are positive, solution-oriented, and see the value in building strong relationships. As HR Manager for Stockholm District, you have clear and important personnel responsibility. You are responsible for supporting, motivating, following up on, and developing the staff in the district. This includes contributing to a good onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that staff receive proper training and conditions, and creating a pleasant, professional, and engaging work environment. You will be an important leader and point of contact for the staff, where your engagement and ability to create involvement make a significant difference. Beyond HR responsibilities, you work on developing and moving the district forward, maintaining contact with our partners, and being a good ambassador for Cherry locally. You also work as a croupier at our tables, which gives you close connections to the operations, guests, and staff's daily work. You don't need prior experience as a croupier, as we offer free training for our staff. What matters most is that you have the right attitude, strong engagement, and the willingness to take responsibility. The role requires flexibility as work is scheduled during days, evenings, nights, and weekends. A driver's license and access to a car are required. The position is varied but includes on average a full-time role, working both on weekdays and weekends.
