We are seeking a Payroll Administrator
As a payroll administrator with us, you will become an important part of our HR team. Together with an experienced colleague, you are responsible for the Group's payroll administration and ensure that our salaries are handled correctly and on time. You manage payroll for both salaried employees and hourly workers under six different collective agreements and work according to a clear payroll process with established routines that create structure in daily work.
The role is broad and varied, but your main focus is on payroll administration and the entire payroll run process. You work in our HR and payroll system HR+ as well as in Medvind for time and variance reporting. The work encompasses all different parts of the payroll process, from ongoing registration and controls to payroll runs and follow-up.
Beyond payroll work, you handle other personnel administration processes, such as administration related to employment, pensions, and certificates.
An important part of the role is also contact with our managers and employees. You provide support and service on matters relating primarily to payroll and personnel administration and contribute with your knowledge to ensuring our processes run smoothly, professionally, and with high quality.
The position is a full-time parental leave substitute for approximately one year, but with the possibility of extension.
Qualifications
To be suitable for this assignment, we see that you have:
Training as a payroll administrator or equivalent
At least one year of experience working with payroll
Good computer skills where you are familiar with Microsoft 365 and particularly have strong skills in Excel.
It is an advantage to have previous experience working in HR+ and Medvind.
