We expect: compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; academic or second-level professional higher education, preferably in HR management, management science, psychology, or law; good theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of labor law and regulations governing state civil service relations; experience in HR management in state administration for at least three years within the last five years; experience working with the Horizon HR module and the HoP employee self-service system, preferably experience with DVS Namejs; MS Office proficiency at user level; attention to detail, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, very good communication and cooperation skills; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: prepare personnel documents (orders, employment contracts, etc.) in accordance with external and internal regulations; verify and reconcile employee applications in the HoP employee self-service system; ensure data entry in the HORIZON HR module; ensure creation of Personnel Department files in accordance with the file nomenclature; ensure implementation of personnel selection in accordance with the organization's regulations; ensure and coordinate the employee performance evaluation process; generate employee working time records in HORIZON; provide advice and methodological support on HR matters; develop drafts of internal regulations. We inform you that the competition will take place in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and the candidates' compliance with the requirements. For the second round of selection – an interview, the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
