Al Dente is the largest company in the Nordic region specializing in Italian cooking courses and events. Our international team consists of over 50 people, including chefs, sommeliers, coordinators, and hospitality experts. Who We Are Looking For Staff who already live in Sweden or have concrete and near-future moving plans Passion for Italian food and Italian wines Excellent communication skills Language skills: Italian and English and/or Swedish Availability for evenings and weekends Good collaboration skills and confidence in leading groups Ability to maintain focus and efficiency during periods of high workload Job Responsibilities Work takes place before, during, and after courses. Before the Course Preparation of ingredients and work stations Organizing the kitchen and dining area Support for chefs and sommeliers During the Course Welcoming guests Practical support during cooking activities Assisting sommeliers during tastings Contributing to creating the evening's Italian atmosphere After the Course Cleaning and restoration Preparing the premises for the next day Our Training Program Everyone starts as an assistant and works alongside both our chefs and sommeliers. The training is structured, paid, and continuous: we teach our method, fundamental techniques, event management, and how we create Al Dente's unique atmosphere. For those who demonstrate skill, responsibility, and confidence, there is an opportunity to grow and become an Event Host, with the responsibility of leading your own groups.
