About the Position As a nursing assistant at Vima Vård & Omsorg, you work within home care in Haninge. Our customers are located in the local area and we travel between assignments on foot, by bike, or by car. Your Tasks In your role as a nursing assistant, you have a central function in our customers' everyday lives. You work person-centered and contribute to strengthening the customer's independence, safety, and quality of life. Your main tasks are to: Provide support in daily living and perform personal care. Promote social community, participation, and well-being. Manage customer relationships and participate in care planning as a contact person. Document, follow up, and ensure that services are provided in accordance with assistance decisions and applicable guidelines. Contribute to developing and maintaining high-quality care. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is a trained nursing assistant. Has a Class B driver's license. Has experience working in home care. Has good experience with documentation and familiarity with municipal information systems and work with implementation plans. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
