About the Role As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring our digital advertising campaigns. You'll work closely with e-commerce, content, CRM, and web teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. You'll work with: Strategic and operational advertising on Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok Planning, optimization, and monitoring of campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Target audience analysis and segmentation Evaluation of customer journeys and purchase behavior A/B testing of ads, messaging, and landing pages Ongoing performance tracking Analysis of traffic, conversions, and ROI Identifying new growth opportunities and advertising investments Collaborating with internal specialists in e-commerce, content, and CRM Who Are You? We believe you're a curious and analytical person driven by creating results. You like combining numbers with behavioral insights and have the ability to find opportunities where others see challenges. We're looking for someone with: Experience with paid social media advertising Experience with Google Ads and preferably Microsoft Ads Solid understanding of target audience analysis and digital customer journeys Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Interest in conversion optimization and data-driven work Ability to independently drive projects from idea to results Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written It's a plus if you also have experience with: Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads Feed-based advertising and e-commerce Tag management and measurement Marketing automation or CRM work Why Choose Willab Garden?
