We are seeking an experienced HR specialist with a strong interest in technology, systems, and modern ways of working. Here you will have the opportunity to combine HR administration, payroll management, and HR technology in a role where you contribute to an efficient and people-centered employee experience. The assignment runs from October 2026 through February 2027, with the possibility of extension. The company has its office in central Stockholm. About the Role As a People Tech & Admin Specialist, you will be an important part of the People function with responsibility for HR systems, payroll and benefits administration, and the development of efficient HR processes. You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure high quality, excellent service, and smooth processes throughout the employee journey. Responsibilities • Manage and develop HR systems, primarily HiBob and OfficeVibe. • Ensure high quality in HR data and regulatory compliance. • Handle payroll, pensions, and benefits for Nordic employees. • Provide support to managers and employees in HR systems, payroll, and HR processes. • Automate and streamline HR processes and workflows. • Support annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus management, and reporting. • Explore and implement AI-based solutions and new HR technology tools. Relevant Background We are looking for someone with: • At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, payroll administration, or People Tech. • Experience with HR systems and HR data management, preferably HiBob. • Experience with Nordic payroll management including pensions and benefits. • Experience with process development, automation, and digitalization. • A strong interest in technology, AI, and data-driven approaches. It is a plus to have experience with HR analytics, dashboards, international payroll administration, and knowledge of GDPR.
