Now it's People & Culture's turn. That's why we're looking for a People Systems Coordinator who wants to help build the future People platform within HANZA. We're seeking someone driven by creating structure, developing work methods, and using digital solutions to make a real difference for people and the business. About the role You'll become part of HANZA's central People & Culture team and report to Diana, Chief People & Culture Officer. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues around the world, particularly our local P&C managers and our global People Partner in Germany. One of your key responsibilities will be leading the implementation of a unified HRM system across the entire group. You'll be involved in the entire journey, from needs analysis and requirements definition through implementation, training, and ongoing development. Once the solution is in place, you'll become a key person for the system's continued evolution and use throughout the group. But the role encompasses more than systems. You'll also: develop and manage HANZA's digital learning platform and support local P&C teams in various countries with systems and processes. work closely with IT on digital solutions and integrations, and contribute to developing shared and efficient people processes across the group. ensure quality in HR data and provide analysis and monitoring. drive improvement initiatives that enhance the user experience for managers and employees. Who are you? We believe you have an academic degree in HR, personnel science, or equivalent, and have accumulated a few years of experience since graduation. Perhaps you currently work in HR, People Operations, or HR Administration and have discovered that the intersection of people, processes, and technology is where you thrive best.
