Your experience comes from roles as People & Culture/HR Business Partner, and through your work you have experienced and understood how high People/HR competence creates essential value in different types of organizations. You love transformation journeys of all kinds, know that leadership is a key to successful organizations, and have gathered tools that enable engagement and motivation in teams and management groups. You understand what it means to support customers in being/becoming a good employer and are curious about how digital tools and new technologies can be used to take organizations further into the future. With a holistic view and business understanding, you are passionate about capturing customers' needs and are not afraid to go in and create momentum in your assignments. You are a relationship builder who creates trust and a good climate wherever you are, both with our customers and "at home" together with the entire Idax team, which today consists of 14 People & Experts.
