We offer: gross monthly salary from EUR 1076 to EUR 1180 (in accordance with the assessment of individual monthly salary determination criteria); responsible work in a responsive and professional team; an opportunity to advance your knowledge and practical work experience in state administration; health insurance (after three months of service); social guarantees in accordance with those established in state administration; official duty location – Uzvaras Street 1, Bauska. Main responsibilities: ensure customer service; provide consultations on a person's rights to VSAA services; prepare and issue or send certificates and notices; prepare and issue administrative acts; monitor service payments; process documents and enter data into the information system. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education (education in law, economics, or finance is desirable); desirable previous work experience within the last 5 years (experience in preparing legal documents in state or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); education obtained in the state language or state language proficiency at level C1; ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; customer-oriented approach; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will take place in two rounds. First round – evaluation of candidates based on information contained in the documents submitted by candidates. Second round - evaluation of candidates during interviews, using interview and practical task methodology.
