We offer: monthly gross salary from EUR 1076 to EUR 1180 (according to the assessment of individual monthly salary setting criteria); responsible work in a responsive and professional team; opportunity to enhance your knowledge and practical work experience in state administration; health insurance (after three months of service); social guarantees in accordance with those established in state administration; office location – Ozolu iela 2A, Gulbene. Main duties: ensure customer service; process documents and enter data into information systems; prepare and issue administrative acts; monitor service payments. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education (preferably education in law, economics, or finance); desirable previous work experience in the last 5 years (experience in preparing legal documents in state administration or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); education obtained in the state language or state language proficiency level C1; ability to apply legal acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; client orientation; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs.
