A snapshot of your day As a Penetrant Operator, you will plan your work tasks using our efficient planning system (SAP). You will inspect welded products using methods such as penetrant testing (PT), visual inspection (VT), and X-ray (RT). Your attention to detail and structured work approach will be essential to ensuring the highest quality in our work. How you will make an impact Lead inspections of welded products to ensure they meet our quality standards. Collaborate with the team to implement and improve inspection methods. Facilitate training and knowledge transfer within quality control. Optimize workflows to increase inspection efficiency. Ensure that all documentation and reporting is accurate and up to date. What you bring A secondary technical education or equivalent work experience. Good knowledge of blueprint reading. You are driven, structured and persistent, with good IT skills and experience with the Office package. Shop floor experience and knowledge of TIG welding are advantageous. It is advantageous if you are certified in penetrant testing level 2 and visual inspection level 2.
