Key Responsibilities: • Implement the educational program in accordance with state education standards; • Plan, organize, and carry out pedagogical work in alignment with the goals set by the educational institution; • Conduct classes using diverse teaching methods appropriate for the specific age group and curriculum; • Adapt the learning process to students' individual needs and abilities, including inclusive education; • Provide students with feedback and assessment of their work; • Comply with the educational institution's established work procedures and other applicable regulations and ethical standards.
