Saldus Municipality Brocēni Secondary School (Reg. No. 4113901049) is announcing a vacancy for a Latvian Language Teacher (Grade 4) for an indefinite period. Requirements for candidates: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence". Main responsibilities: Plan and ensure quality educational process in accordance with competencies and regulatory requirements; Implement the educational program in the specific subject according to the state basic education standard; Assess and document students' academic achievements, examine and analyze their development dynamics; Analyze your own work, set further goals and inform the educational institution of results in the prescribed manner; Conduct individual work with students to clarify incomprehensible content, create motivation to learn, and develop cooperation and communication skills; Provide individual support to students according to their abilities and needs (talent development, removal of learning difficulties, consultations, work with migrants and returnees); In cooperation with subject teachers, class teachers, educational institution support staff (psychologist, social pedagogue, speech therapist, general care nurse) and administration, analyze students' learning, psychological, adaptation and other problems and determine methods to address them.
