Plan and deliver quality education aligned with competencies and regulatory requirements; 2. Implement the education program in the specific subject in accordance with the national primary education standard; 3. Assess and document students' learning achievements, analyze and monitor development progress; 4. Analyze your own work, set objectives for future activities, and report results to the educational institution as required; 5. Provide individual support to students to clarify difficult subject matter, foster motivation to learn, and develop collaboration and communication skills; 6. Offer individualized assistance to students according to their abilities and needs (talent development, remedial support, consultations, work with migrants and returnees); 7. Perform homeroom teacher duties as designated by the school director (homeroom teacher responsibilities supplement the teacher job description); 8. Collaborate with parents, provide comprehensive information, report on student achievements and challenges, and work together to find solutions; 9. In collaboration with subject teachers, homeroom teacher, support staff (psychologist, social pedagogue, speech-language pathologist, general care nurse), and administration, analyze students' learning, psychological, adaptation, and other issues and determine methods to address them; Requirements: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and Professional Development Procedures for Pedagogues" We Offer: 1.
