Pedagogical Resource for Culinary Arts School Sverige AB Culinary Arts School Sverige AB is seeking a service-oriented, engaged, and thoughtful pedagogical resource who wants to support our participants throughout their education. We are looking for someone who is kind, pedagogical, attentive, and solution-oriented, and who enjoys helping people develop. You need to be comfortable in a practical training environment and able to meet participants with different backgrounds and varying support needs. About the Role As a pedagogue with us, you will be an important additional resource for our participants. Your assignment is to help participants maintain a good study pace and make progress through their education. Your responsibilities include: provide individual and pedagogical support to participants who need extra help take responsibility for training and support in professional language follow participants' progress and ensure it is documented support participants in developing effective study techniques be an additional pedagogical resource during practical sessions help participants understand instructions, assignments, and profession-related concepts collaborate with vocational instructors and colleagues to create the best possible conditions for participants We place great importance on personal suitability. For us, it is important that you are service-oriented, patient, and comfortable meeting people. You need to be able to explain things in a simple and pedagogical way and have a genuine interest in helping others succeed. Competence Requirements For this position, you need to meet the following requirements: At least one (1) year of professional experience working full-time in pedagogical activities, as well as at least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy and/or Swedish as a second language, or at least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary education in pedagogy and/or Swedish as a second language. Meritorious Qualifications It is meritorious if you speak Arabic, as language skills may be valuable when working with some of our participants. Experience working with adult education, vocational education, language support, or people with Swedish as a second language is also meritorious. You are unpretentious and can switch between explaining a professional concept, supporting someone with study techniques, and being present as an additional resource during a practical session.
