About the Position We are looking for you to work as a pedagogical resource at our professional driver training program. You will be close to the participants and help them along the way – explain again, support them when things feel difficult, and make sure everyone keeps up. You will: - Help participants who need extra support - Make sure everyone feels safe and welcome - Collaborate with teachers so courses run smoothly - Provide extra support and guidance to students, individually and in groups - Help students with study techniques for theoretical and practical exams - Plan and conduct tests, assessments, and introduction week - Hold information meetings - Follow up on student progress and keep attendance records Experience/Qualifications We want you to have worked with adults in education before. You are good at meeting people where they are and can adapt to what each person needs. You enjoy working with people and are thorough – you like order and organization. You are used to things moving quickly and plans sometimes changing – this doesn't stress you. We are looking for someone who: - Has experience teaching adults, preferably in vocational training - Is thorough and good at organizing paperwork and documentation - Has worked in the transportation industry before It is a plus – but not a requirement – if you have: - Training as a driving instructor - YKB - C/CE driver's license - Forklift certificationPedagogical Resource at Professional Driver Training About Bergstrand Since 2006, we have trained thousands of students, both young people and adults.
