Pedagogical and Empathetic Personal Assistant for Man with Autism in Örebro

HI! I'm a young man living in my own apartment in Örebro and I'm now looking for one or more personal assistants who want to become part of my everyday life. I'm hearing and understand Swedish spoken word, but I primarily use sign language to communicate. I'd also like my assistants to be hearing, but sign language is very important to me. It's not a requirement that you're fluent, but you should have basic sign language skills or a strong willingness to learn so you can support me in my communication. I'm interested in film, music, cooking, and exercise such as strength training and swimming. If you share any of my interests, I'll be happy. For me, routines and structure are very important for me to manage my everyday life and feel good. You'll be employed by Vivida Assistans, which is my assistance company, but you'll perform the actual work at my home. DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF? HERE'S WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY CAN LOOK LIKE I need your support in daily contact and communication with other people and household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. I manage my personal hygiene myself. You'll accompany me to my work during the day and be supportive in my everyday life and leisure time. We cook and eat meals together; if you have any allergies, it's important that you mention it in your application. WORK HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT LEVELS Preferably 24-hour shifts 4 PM–4 PM. Occasional daytime shifts 8 AM–4 PM occur. We're looking for you who can work 50–100%. We're also looking for you who can work extra when needed. WHEN CAN YOU START WORKING FOR ME?
