The Department of Children and Education works on behalf of the preschool board and primary school board. The department is responsible for preschool activities, school childcare, primary school, and adapted primary school. Here, all our employees play an important role in implementation. 1 position(s). There are five open preschools in Huddinge Municipality. The open preschool in Skogås is part of the Skogås Family Center in collaboration with child health services, midwifery clinic, and social services advice and support. We work in a family center, which means we collaborate with the above actors to best meet the needs of Huddinge families. With us, you get the chance to make a difference every day. About the Position Main Responsibilities: Together with a preschool colleague, plan and provide educational activities Collaborate with preschools to increase enrollment, e.g., "try a preschool," visit preschools, etc. Collaborate with colleagues at the family center Collaborate with other actors in society Participate in the open preschool's development work and collegial forums Participate in the family center's development work and collegial forums The open preschool should be used as a strategic resource for the municipality's operations by coordinating language training and other integration support that municipalities offer, e.g., community information, health information, support to start preschool, career guidance, and other integration initiatives. In collaboration at the family center, we identify needs among our visitors and offer support. Accordingly, you are expected to be flexible and adapt activities based on what we, as a family center, collectively identify as needs. You are very skilled at building relationships and possess a view of children/people that aligns with our LGBTQI-certified family center. You report to the section head and work in close collaboration with child health services, the midwifery clinic, and social services advice and support. Your Profile Our Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience working at an open preschool as well as at a family center. You are also a qualified preschool educator. Meritorious: You have training as a CPR instructor & ABC leader and have experience leading groups.
