TUKUMA NOVADA MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION announces an open call for candidates for the position of TUKUMA NOVADA MUNICIPAL POLICE PUBLIC ORDER AND TRAFFIC SAFETY DIVISION SENIOR POLICE OFFICER (prof. code 3355 33) FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD You will be responsible for: 1. Ensuring 24-hour patrol crew operations within the municipality's administrative territory, 2. Conducting prevention of violations and preventive work, 3. Preparing administrative documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, 4. Inspecting the service territory, responding to calls, and providing support to municipal and state institutions in maintaining public order. For successful performance you will need: 1. Secondary education or higher, and a willingness to learn new skills, 2. Category B driver's license, 3. Excellent command of the state language and good knowledge of one foreign language for fulfilling job duties, 4. Ability to build positive relationships, conflict resolution skills, good communication skills, and psychological resilience in stressful situations. It is important that YOU: 1. are of legal age and a Latvian citizen, 2. have not been convicted of an intentional criminal offense — regardless of conviction expungement or removal, 3. have not been sentenced for an intentional criminal offense with suspension of sentence, 4. have not been prosecuted for committing an intentional criminal offense, except where the person was prosecuted but the criminal proceedings were terminated on rehabilitative grounds. Previous experience in public order maintenance will be considered an advantage. We offer: 1. Interesting and engaging work, 2.
