Ķekavas novada pašvaldības policija (reg. no. 90002707314) invites applications for the position of Head of the Crisis Management and Video Surveillance Department Job Responsibilities: Lead, organize, and oversee the work of the Crisis Management and Video Surveillance Department; ensure supervision and improvement of video surveillance systems and automated data processing solutions; organize the assessment of video surveillance and automatically recorded violations, as well as administrative violation case management processes within the department's competence; ensure operational cooperation of the department with the municipal police duty division, other structural units, and external institutions; organize civil protection functions within the municipal police's competence, including civil protection planning, coordination, and implementation measures; prepare internal regulatory acts, draft orders, reports, summaries, and proposals on department and civil protection matters; coordinate cooperation with state and municipal institutions on civil protection, public order, and security matters; ensure employee work organization, supervision, training, and professional skills development. Requirements for Candidates: prior work experience in law enforcement institutions or other security sector structures, preferably in municipal police, State Police, Interior Ministry institutions, National Armed Forces, or equivalent organizations; experience in a management position or work organization, coordinating personnel work and ensuring structural unit operations; understanding of public order and security provision, video surveillance system operations, automated data processing, and operational information flow; knowledge of administrative violation procedures, records management, and document preparation; knowledge of civil protection, crisis management, and disaster management matters; ability to organize cooperation with operational services, municipal structural units, and other institutions; ability to make decisions in high-responsibility and rapid-response situations; high sense of responsibility, good communication and organizational skills, ability to plan work independently; higher education; state language proficiency at the advanced level; Category B driver's license; impeccable reputation.
