No. 90000035590, announces an open competition for a vacancy in the position of Administrator of Alsunga Parish Administration and Gudeniki Parish Administration (state official position) for an indefinite period. We offer: Full-time responsible, interesting, and dynamic work Social guarantees Professional competence development opportunities Responsive colleagues and managers Health insurance after six months of work Monthly salary from 1969 EUR per month before tax A service vehicle for work duties Work location at Alsunga Parish Administration at Pils Street 1, Alsunga and Gudeniki Parish Administration at "Pagastmāja", Gaismas Street, Gudeniki Key job responsibilities: Direct, plan, organize, and ensure the operation of parish administrations Ensure fulfillment of all functions provided by the municipality as set out in regulatory acts within the parish territory Plan parish administration budgets and ensure budget execution control Ensure quality of services provided by administrations and management of municipal property entrusted to them Organize resident consultations and, within your competence, respond to submissions from individuals and legal entities Represent the administration to state institutions, in relations with individuals and legal entities, and coordinate their cooperation Within your competence, prepare drafts of municipal council decisions, binding regulations, and other legal acts related to administration work Develop and submit for council review proposals on parish and municipal territory development issues, function fulfillment, and work organization improvement Cooperate with employees and officials of other municipal institutions in performing administration tasks Promote cooperation between community organizations, residents, and other interest groups Requirements for candidates: At least Level 1 higher education (preferably in engineering, technical fields, and/or management sciences) Work experience in a managerial position or directly subordinate management level position Desirable work experience in state or municipal institutions Knowledge of regulatory acts governing municipal operations State language proficiency at Level C Strategic vision Team leadership Change management Impeccable reputation Competition applicants must submit: Motivation letter (up to one A4 page in typed format, including information about compliance with stated requirements) Short description of life and work experience (CV) Copies of documents confirming education and qualifications Strategic vision for parish development (up to two A4 pages in typed format) Application deadline: until July 31, 2026 (inclusive).
