We are seeking a Park Maintenance Worker for our facility in Öxnehaga to be responsible for the care of green spaces and outdoor environments. Main Responsibilities as Park Maintenance Worker In the role of Park Maintenance Worker, you are responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, pleasant, and well-kept residential environment for our tenants. Your work tasks include, among others: Cleaning stairwells and common areas Daily waste management in and around our recycling stations Cleansing and maintenance of outdoor environments Grass mowing Flower bed weeding Pruning of bushes and plants Planting and development of green areas Snow removal and de-icing during winter months Participation in snow readiness preparations when needed Qualifications It is an asset if you have horticultural education or experience working with green spaces, outdoor environments, and garden maintenance. We would like to see that you have experience using and operating garden machinery. A valid class B driver's license is required for this position. You work independently and take responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and carrying out your work tasks. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating with others and contribute to a good working climate. You have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you also speak other languages, we consider this an asset.
