We are now recruiting Parking Attendants for our office in Uppsala About the role As a parking attendant with us, you have an important function and are offered varied and enjoyable work with great freedom under your own responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within your assigned area (grounds). Through your presence in the field with a patrol vehicle and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking regulations are followed and together we help ensure high satisfaction and good traffic flow. The work offers lots of variety, great freedom, and important responsibility. You will, for example: Patrol your work area by vehicle and on foot. Check that parking rules are followed. Ensure that correct and clear signage exists within the area. Issue parking citations when necessary. Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions. Assist our customers on-site with questions about our digital services. This position is a temporary employment / part-time position with start date by agreement. Hours vary according to schedule and night and weekend work occurs. Our parking attendants are based at our office in Uppsala About you To be suitable for this position, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with good judgment. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail; taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel secure. Requirements for the position: Hold a B-class driver's license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written High school competency Previous experience from a service profession Meritorious: Previous experience as a parking attendant Previous experience in security When evaluating applicants for this position, we always review personal suitability in relation to requirements, personal qualities, qualifications, and references.
