HIRING ANNOUNCEMENT - HEAD OF HOUSING MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENTSociety with Limited Liability "PREIĻU SAIMNIEKS" is seeking a Head of Housing Management Department (occupation code: 1219 03) to work in the field of residential building management (fixed-term position). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and manage the work of the Housing Management Department; Ensure that residential building management and maintenance processes comply with regulatory requirements; Plan, organize, and oversee residential building maintenance, technical inspections, and repair work; Coordinate cooperation with service providers, contractors, and apartment owners; Ensure preparation and management of residential building management documentation; Develop budget plans and prepare reports; Monitor compliance with the Residential Building Management Law and other regulatory requirements; Supervise employee work performance and ensure quality work processes. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Higher education; Professional qualification "Housing Manager" at level 4 of professional qualification or higher equivalent professional qualification; Desirable experience in residential building management or real estate maintenance; Desirable experience in team or structural unit management and work organization; Knowledge of regulatory acts governing residential building management; Strong communication, organizational, and management skills; Ability to work with computers and MS Office applications.
