Head of Maintenance Department (Municipal Services)

Limited Liability Company "Daugavpils Housing and Municipal Services Enterprise", which provides quality, safe, and sustainable residential property management in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy: HEAD OF PRODUCTION TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT, profession code: 1219 03, work location: Liepājas Street 21, Daugavpils. Job Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and coordinate the work of the subordinate structural unit. - Organize and supervise the development of technical assignments and projects. - Coordinate and monitor the implementation of residential building renovation, reconstruction, repair work, and energy efficiency improvement measures for properties managed by SIA "DZKSU". - Lead and develop the personnel of the subordinate structural unit, ensuring employee recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional qualification development. - Ensure supervision of technical project, construction work, and service contract performance. - Prepare reports and recommendations to company management regarding the technical condition of buildings and development measures. - Participate in the preparation and evaluation of procurement technical documentation. - Develop and monitor department work plans and budget execution. - Cooperate with state and municipal institutions, supervisory bodies, and cooperation partners. Required Qualifications and Requirements for Candidates: - Higher education in engineering and technical sciences. - Good knowledge of construction regulations, including construction regulations, Latvian construction codes and standards. - Understanding of construction case creation and maintenance in the Construction Information System (BIS). - Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD). - Good organizational and management skills. - State language proficiency at advanced level (C1). - Ability to work in a team and lead group work. Considered an advantage: - Water supply and sewage system construction supervision or construction management certificate (sphere No. 22-50-00081). - Heat supply, ventilation, and air conditioning system construction management and supervision (sphere No. 23-50-00359).
