Limited Liability Company "Daugavpils Housing and Municipal Services Enterprise", which manages multi-apartment residential buildings in Daugavpils city, announces a vacancy: Head of Production Technical Department, profession code: 1219 03, workplace address: Liepājas iela 21, Daugavpils. Job Responsibilities: Plan, manage and coordinate work of subordinate structural units. Organize and oversee the development of technical tasks and projects. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of renovation, reconstruction, repair work and energy efficiency improvement measures for residential buildings managed by SIA "DZKSU". Manage and develop personnel of subordinate structural units, ensuring employee recruitment, performance evaluation and professional qualification enhancement. Ensure oversight of technical projects, construction work and service contracts execution. Prepare reports and recommendations to company management regarding building technical condition and development measures. Participate in preparation and evaluation of procurement technical documentation. Develop and monitor department work plans and budget execution. Cooperate with state and local government institutions, supervisory authorities and cooperation partners. Required Qualifications and Candidate Requirements: Higher education in engineering sciences. Good knowledge of regulatory acts in the construction field, including building regulations, Latvian building standards and norms. Understanding of construction case creation and maintenance in the Construction Information System (BIS). Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD). Good organizational and management skills. State language skills at advanced level (C1). Ability to work in a team and manage group work. Considered as an Advantage: Water supply and sewerage system construction work supervision or management certificate (sphere No. 22-50-00081). Heat supply, ventilation and air conditioning system construction management and supervision (sphere No. 23-50-00359). We Offer: Salary 1750.00 EUR (gross) per month.
