MARKET MANAGEMENT AND SALES DIVISION HEAD
WE OFFER:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Planning, managing, coordinating, and controlling the division's work, ensuring the achievement of set goals in the area of commercial space rental and commercial control at Riga Central Market and "Latgale" market;
- Supervising employees' work performance control and quality, planning their workload, preparing division regulations, job descriptions, and other documents related to work organization;
- Developing a tenant attraction plan for commercial spaces, expanding the number of market participants;
- Implementing and ensuring modern and digital commercial space rental reservation and auction organization systems;
- In cooperation with other Company divisions, performing all necessary actions for renovated market pavilions/premises improvement and rental;
- Improving and organizing commercial space control measures as well as preventive measures to prevent violations;
- Ensuring unified modern information signage and marketing activities, regular communication with tenants;
- In cooperation with other Company divisions, organizing necessary improvement and repair works for market operations, including monitoring submitted work;
- Developing internal regulatory acts and other documents in the rental area, providing suggestions for beneficial and profitable real estate use;
- Cooperating with all external market control authorities, monitoring all submitted opinions and compliance with their implementation deadlines for market operations.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Academic higher or second-level higher education (in economics, real estate management, or business administration);
- State language proficiency at C1 level;
- Professional experience in a management position of at least 3 years;
- Strategic vision, change management, team leadership, planning and organization skills, good communication and cooperation skills, decision-making ability;
- Computer skills at experienced user level in Microsoft Office;
- Category "B" driver's license.
This position has the status of a public official.
