Senior Social Worker / Social Work with Adult Persons Department Head

No. LV 90009236184) invites applications for SENIOR SOCIAL WORKER in the SOCIAL WORK WITH ADULT PERSONS DEPARTMENT Main Responsibilities: - Provide feedback and professional support to other Social Workers in the Social Work with Adult Persons Department, train and supervise new social workers during their probation period; - Provide social work services to adult persons; - Accept client applications and organize the provision of social services; - Consult with clients within your area of competence; - Prepare draft decisions of the Social Service for service allocation in accordance with applicable regulatory acts; - Visit clients at home, assess living conditions, and prepare inspection reports; - Maintain computerized records of clients, their family members, and services provided; - Conduct self-assessment of professional activities, improve your professional qualifications, participate in social worker supervision sessions. Requirements for Candidates: - Professional higher education in social work (second-level professional education); - Understanding of regulatory framework in the social sphere; - Practical experience working with various social groups; - Strong communication and cooperation skills; - Sense of responsibility, accuracy, ability to work under pressure; - State language proficiency (including spelling, punctuation, syntax, and morphological requirements) at an advanced level.
