No. 40003410894) is a municipal capital company of Jelgavas novada that provides heat generation, supply and maintenance, as well as other public services in the territory of Jelgavas novada. We are looking for a responsible, precise, and results-oriented ASSISTANT DEPUTY HEAD OF THE HEAT SUPPLY DEPARTMENT who can work together with the department head to ensure quality service delivery and technological process management in the heat supply department. Responsibilities Organize the technological processes and equipment operations for heat energy production and supply in accordance with standards. Plan, organize, and conduct monitoring, diagnostics, adjustment, and maintenance of heat sources in operation, external and building internal heat networks, and equipment. Assess and remedy damage to heat sources, equipment, and heat networks. Conduct accounting of produced and supplied heat energy and fuel (gas, wood chips) and prepare necessary reports on existing boiler houses. Prepare technical specifications for required materials and services, and develop technical documentation for the tariff development process. Develop technical regulations, instructions, and plans for heat supply networks. Perform other duties within the competence of the heat supply department. Requirements Secondary professional education or higher education in the heat energy field. Certificate for working with high-pressure boiler equipment. Category B driver's license. Experience working in the heat energy sector. Experience working in biomass boiler houses will be considered an advantage. Excellent knowledge of Latvian language and proficiency in at least one foreign language for processing equipment technical documentation. Business-level MS Office computer skills. Ability to work with large volumes of information, precision, appropriate technical knowledge, and compliance with regulatory requirements in the heat supply sector.
