State Social Integration Agency (Registration No. 90001790030, Healthcare Institution Code 1300-14001) invites applications for Deputy Head of Rehabilitation Services Department We are looking for an independent and responsible colleague with strong organizational and collaboration skills, who can coordinate assigned processes, analyze work results, and contribute to the development and quality assurance of social rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and oversee the provision of assigned social rehabilitation service processes; - Compile and analyze departmental work results, prepare reports and other documentation; - Participate in department work planning and process improvement; - Ensure collaboration with department specialists and other Agency structural units; - Monitor the fulfillment of contracts within the department's competence; - Organize department operations during the department head's absence and ensure continuity of work. Requirements for Applicants - Higher education in social work, healthcare, management sciences, or another field relevant to job duties; - Work experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, social services, or related field; - Ability to independently organize work and assigned processes, set priorities, and ensure quality and timely completion of tasks; - Strong communication and collaboration skills; - Good digital skills and ability to independently work with office software, information systems, and digital collaboration tools; - Knowledge of Latvian language at the level specified in the State Language Law (C1 level). We Offer - Work at one of Latvia's largest state rehabilitation centers with a position in Jūrmala, in an organized and development-oriented work environment; - Employment for an indefinite period, full-time position, standard working hours; - Salary commensurate with qualifications from 1650.00 euro to 1825.00 euro before tax deduction, social guarantees (including health insurance policy after probation period), additional vacation and extra days off in accordance with legislation, coverage of further education courses according to Agency possibilities; - Responsible and interesting work in a multiprofessional rehabilitation team and valuable work experience; - Opportunity to participate in the improvement of rehabilitation services and work processes.
