Job Responsibilities We are now recruiting packing operators for a position at Amcor in Mullsjö. Are you hardworking, detail-oriented, and enjoy active work where you can use your body? Then this job might be for you! As a packing operator, you will work in an industrial environment where the workday includes varied and sometimes physically demanding tasks. You will be an important part of production and work together with colleagues to ensure that work meets quality standards and runs according to plan. The work may include: - Working at and around production equipment - Restocking materials - Performing quality checks and spot inspections on products - Maintaining order and contributing to a safe working environment - Packaging The work is physically demanding, although tools and support are available for certain tasks. Therefore, it is important that you have good basic fitness and enjoy work where you are active for much of the workday. The position involves two shifts, and depending on production needs, weekend work may also occur. The work is performed in a hygiene zone, which means there are clear hygiene procedures that all employees must follow. It is therefore important that you are detail-oriented and can follow instructions and rules. You will initially be employed by Posti Logistics Staffing and will work at our customer's site. For the right person, there may be opportunities for direct employment with the customer in the future. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and has a positive attitude toward work. You enjoy practical and physical work and have good basic fitness, as tasks can be demanding and require you to be active for much of the workday. You are accustomed to following instructions and procedures and understand the importance of working carefully, particularly in an environment where hygiene and safety are important parts of daily work. As a person, you are flexible, hardworking, and work well with others, while taking responsibility for your own tasks. You are punctual and reliable and have no problem working shifts or weekends when needed. Previous experience in industry or production is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are willing to learn, and want to do a good job. Does this sound like you?
