We offer: gross monthly salary from EUR 1076 to EUR 1180 (according to the assessment of individual monthly salary determination criteria); responsible work in a responsive and professional team; opportunity to enhance knowledge and practical work experience in state administration; health insurance (after three months of service); social guarantees in accordance with those established in state administration; job location – Rīgas iela 13, Valka. Main duties: ensure client service; process documents and enter data into information systems; prepare and issue administrative acts; control benefit payments. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education (preferably education in law or economist or financial specialist qualification); preferably previous work experience within the last 5 years (experience in the preparation of legal documents in state administration or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); education acquired in the state language or state language proficiency at C level 1st degree; ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; client orientation; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will take place in two rounds. First round – evaluation of candidates based on information in the documents submitted by candidates. Second round – evaluation of candidates during interviews using interview and practical assignment methodology.
