The Role of Senior Dentist As a senior dentist with us, you will manage all referred patient categories across the full spectrum of oral and maxillofacial surgical treatment. You will also consult with and be consulted by colleagues, and you will supervise specialist dental trainees. The Dental Institute in Jönköping is one of Sweden's largest educators of specialist dentists. The position includes on-call duties and a backup call role. We have regular multidisciplinary collaborations within the department as well as throughout the entire Dental Institute. We believe that you have worked across the full spectrum of oral and maxillofacial surgical treatment and have both experience and interest in supervising specialist training. Scientific credentials and change management work are merits. We believe it is natural for you to stay updated in your field of expertise and enjoy sharing your knowledge, but you also appreciate gaining new perspectives from your colleagues. Your communication style combined with your unpretentious approach contributes to a positive work climate at the clinic.
