Main job responsibilities: -Comprehensive accounting management of a public institution (by cost center) including accounting of public institution funds, received financial donations and their utilization, transfers, etc. -Based on recapitulation from payroll accounting, posting of salaries and related accounting transactions to the general ledger -Accounting of subsidies from chapter 313 MPSV, subsidies from the Moravian-Silesian Region budget, other subsidies, and processing the financial portion of documentation for final subsidy settlement -Monthly preparation of accounting closing and performance of accounting transaction reviews -Processing of documentary inventory of accounts -Processing of CSUIS appendix to the accounting close-out (quarterly) -Knowledge of processing PAP summary for accounting close-out is an advantage -Processing of financial portion of statistical reports (OK service provider, Portex, etc.) -Processing of analyses and reports as needed by the public institution -Processing of accounting procedures for specific accounting cases -Providing suggestions for updates to internal regulations of the institution
