Slaninová Dagmar, e-mail: [email protected] Position: Field social work - personal assistant Expected gross salary for full-time position (1.0): 29,000 - 33,000 Kč based on experience and demonstrated skills, with possibility of additional personal bonus Field: Social services, healthcare, or MPSV accredited course Work hours: 40 hours Start date: By agreement Requirements: - Professional qualification according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services (MPSV accredited course - Personal Assistant or equivalent) - Clean criminal record - Education: Basic, vocational, secondary school, preferably in social services or healthcare field - Knowledge of issues related to persons with disabilities is an advantage; previous experience in the field is welcome - Good communication skills, time flexibility, independence, reliability, tolerance - Good health condition - Category B driving license (active driver) Main responsibilities: Assisting persons with disabilities and seniors with managing daily essential activities: - Help or support with food preparation and serving - Help or support with dressing and undressing - Help or support with independent movement in indoor and outdoor spaces - Help or support with transfers to bed, wheelchair - Help or support with personal hygiene activities - Help or support with cleaning and household maintenance, shopping - Accompanying the client to educational facility, workplace, doctor - Help with handling routine matters - Other activities according to MPSV Regulation No. 505/2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act We offer: - Training - Opportunity for personal growth and development - Possibility of part-time work - Interesting, responsible, and meaningful work - Opportunity to gain professional experience - Working hours: Monday - Friday, one weekend per month
